Route Ready Workforce is seeking a dependable two-person installation team for consistent fitness equipment delivery and assembly work throughout Metro Atlanta.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced handymen, installers, furniture assemblers, appliance installers, maintenance professionals, or mechanically inclined contractors who are comfortable working with tools and providing professional in-home service.
Pay$2,000 per week per two-person team
This is the total weekly compensation for the team , not $2,000 per person.
The team consists of a Lead Installer/Driver + Installation Helper .
What You’ll DoYou’ll pick up fitness equipment from local retail locations, deliver it to customers throughout Metro Atlanta, move the equipment into the designated room, and complete the assembly.
Products may include treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, home gyms, weight equipment, and similar fitness products.
You’ll also communicate with customers regarding scheduled appointments and provide professional service inside customers’ homes.
ScheduleThis is consistent 6-day-per-week local work throughout Metro Atlanta.
You’ll work within designated areas of the Atlanta market and return home each day. This is not OTR freight or long-haul work .
Vehicle RequirementThe team must have reliable access to a covered/enclosed vehicle capable of transporting fitness equipment , such as a:
- Cargo van
- Sprinter
- Transit
- ProMaster
- Similar enclosed commercial vehicle
The vehicle owner is responsible for fuel.
Who We’re Looking ForPrevious experience with fitness equipment assembly, furniture assembly, appliance installation, handyman services, construction, maintenance, home services, or similar mechanical work is strongly preferred.
You must be comfortable using hand and power tools and following manufacturer assembly instructions.
Both team members must be dependable, professional, and able to safely lift and maneuver large equipment together.
The lead driver must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR. Both team members must also be able to complete the required background and drug screening.
