The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Tukwila, Washington . As the Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the successful coordination of service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs for Service Technicians Manage new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system Utilize the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments Communicate with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively Own incoming leads using established programs and processes Maintain ongoing and professional customer communication throughout the course of each repair job Manage the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy Ensure adherence to all safety programs and initiatives, and ensure any necessary incident reports are completed Required Skills & Qualifications At least one year of related customer service experience Previous dispatching and/or scheduling experience is a strong asset Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Benefits & Perks Company-matched 401K contributions Comprehensive and competitive medical health care plan Medical benefits and extended health service coverage Prescription drug coverage Dental plan and vision plan Telehealth plan with MDLive Life insurance and disability insurance Employee assistance programs Ongoing professional development and training opportunities The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
