Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient scenarios, crafting personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy techniques tailored to enhance mobility, boost strength, improve balance, and support overall function
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a relevant degree from a recognized program

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
