Description:

Le Mans Kitchen is looking for a warm, engaging, and hospitality-driven Ambassador to join our front-of-house team.

Our Ambassadors are more than servers. They are the connection between our guests, our culinary team, and the Le Mans experience.

Our service philosophy is simple: present without hovering, knowledgeable without lecturing, and attentive without interrupting. We believe great hospitality should feel polished but natural, personal but never forced.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
• Develop strong knowledge of our ingredients, preparation techniques, flavor profiles, allergens, and beverages.
• Present dishes confidently and share the details that make our food special.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the entire dining experience.
• Provide attentive beverage service, including specialty coffees, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow established service standards, seat positions, and food-running procedures.
• Communicate allergies and dietary needs accurately with our culinary team.
• Recognize returning guests, celebrations, preferences, and opportunities to personalize the experience.
• Build genuine relationships with our guests and help create memorable visits.
• Work closely with the culinary, management, and front-of-house teams to provide seamless service.
• Respond to guest concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented dining room.
• Support the entire team and dining room throughout service.

• Confident communicating with guests and teammates.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
• Calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.
• Open to coaching and motivated to continually improve.

Previous upscale restaurant, fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or high-level customer service experience is preferred.
