Hiring: CNC Programmer – Mastercam
Panama City Beach, FL | 100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week
US Citizen Required
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision manufacturing and production programs.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Mastercam experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong experience writing and editing G-code / machine code
- Experience working with 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- CNC machine setup experience, including tooling, fixtures, and materials
- Strong knowledge of tool selection, cutting speeds, and feed rates
- Understanding of machining principles, tool wear, and material properties
- Able to work independently and support/mentor junior team members
- 10 years of experience preferred
Preferred Background:
Experience with Mastercam is highly preferred; candidates with SolidCAM or other CAM software may also be considered.
