Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Ballad Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - BSN required for international clinicians.

Special Requests: - Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the hospital’s service area.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population with general medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedics, urology, gastroenterology, respiratory, and comfort care patients. - Expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside clinical care practice.

Shift & Scheduling: - No call. - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Float to care for Med-Surg type patients.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required
