Client Relationship Specialist

To support a growing concierge medical practice, the full-time remote Client Relationship Specialist will manage a sales pipeline, guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with physicians and clinic staff. Key responsibilities Manage prospective patients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment Educate prospective patients on concierge medicine and coordinate introductions with physicians Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, document activity, and improve conversion rates Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in business development, inside sales, or account management Proven success in meeting sales, conversion, or enrollment goals Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot, to manage leads Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in luxury service industries a plus Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and work independently in a remote setting
