Field HSE Specialist - Compliance & Safety Leader
Plains Midstream Canada (PMC)
Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) seeks a Health, Safety & Environment Specialist for Gulf Coast operations in San Antonio or Houston. The role is field-based (~75%), with a 24/7 incident rotation and overnight travel. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and PHMSA regulations, train teams on SPCC/FRP, manage Tier II reporting, support remediation, and coach field staff on safety standards.
