Requirements
- License: State or Compact license required at the time of submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
- Years of experience: 2 years preferred
- Travel experience: Required
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Skills:
- IV starts, peripheral IV/PICC/central line access & management
- Tracheostomy care and ventilatory support familiarity
- Feeding tube care, colostomy/ileostomy care
- Wound care/Wound VAC and surgical drain management
- Blood product administration and phlebotomy
- Heparin/insulin management and dialysis peri-care
- Neuro/trauma care and ortho post-op care

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
- Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 12 hours
- Required weekend coverage: 4 weekend shifts per contract
- Pre-approved time off must be listed at the time of submittal
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
