Join our passionate team, where employees are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow, and help us deliver innovative solutions to community banks and financial institutions nationwide.The Loan Review Analyst (Commercial Credit & Risk Management) role partners with management, review staff, and clients to evaluate commercial loan portfolios, assess underwriting quality, validate risk ratings, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the successful completion of loan review engagements. The position contributes to the delivery of high-quality loan review reports while helping financial institutions strengthen credit quality, risk management practices, and portfolio performance.1. Credit Risk Assessment & Loan Review· Perform independent reviews of commercial loan portfolios.· Evaluate credit quality, underwriting practices, risk ratings, covenant compliance, and policy adherence.· Complete assigned fieldwork, commercial credit analysis, and financial statement review activities.· Document findings, conclusions, and recommendations in accordance with established loan review methodologies.· Identify and communicate credit risk concerns, emerging portfolio trends, and opportunities for portfolio improvement.2. Engagement Management & Client Delivery· Support proposal, engagement setup, renewal, and post-review activities.· Coordinate client documentation requests and communications throughout the loan review process.· Track outstanding items and ensure timely completion of engagement milestones.· Assist in preparing loan review reports, risk assessments, and client deliverables.· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful engagement outcomes.3. Quality Assurance & Review Oversight· Review loan review staff workpapers and fieldwork for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.· Consolidate review results and supporting documentation.· Ensure adherence to loan review methodologies, regulatory expectations, and quality standards.· Support the delivery of accurate, thorough, and high-quality loan review reports.4. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement· Manage recurring operational responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Utilize systems, reporting tools, and technology to support workflow efficiency.· Partner with management and team members to improve processes and service delivery.· Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reporting quality, and loan review effectiveness.RequirementsBasic Qualifications/Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience.Experience & Skills:3+ years of banking experience in loan review, commercial lending, credit analysis, credit risk management, credit administration, or a related area.Strong knowledge of commercial lending, underwriting, financial statement analysis, risk ratings, and banking regulations.Experience reviewing commercial loan portfolios and preparing or contributing to loan review reports and credit risk assessments preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and leverage technology to improve efficiency.Why Join Us:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits package401(K) with employer matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) policyTuition reimbursementBirthday holiday and additional unique benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramPerformance bonus opportunitiesPay Range: $72,000 to $77,000 annuallyCompensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.ACBB is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
