Optometrist - Part Time - 24 Hours per Week £49,400 - £62,900 Full-Time Equivalent, depending on experience We're currently recruiting for a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established and forward-thinking optical team in the Chester area. The Role As an Optometrist, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the wider optical team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive eye examinations and excellent patient care Screening and monitoring patients Supporting the delivery of extended eye care services Maintaining high clinical and operational standards Coaching and supporting the wider optical team Contributing to the development of new and enhanced patient services Working closely with the Optical Manager and wider department team You’ll receive comprehensive professional development and training, including a strong CPD programme and protected time to complete additional accreditations, where required. Relevant training and accreditation are fully funded and supported. You'll also have access to in-store, regional and central support teams, ensuring expert guidance is available for both clinical and service-related queries. Hours & Rota 24 hours per week - Part Time The role offers a flexible working pattern across the store's seven-day opening, with specific rota details available upon application. About You We're looking for an Optometrist who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care and customer service.
