Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.## ## **Job Responsibilities:**The SAP Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP logistics modules to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and production support within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with supply chain, production, procurement, and IT teams to drive system improvements and operational excellence.• Manage and support SAP logistics modules, including MM (Materials Management), WM/EWM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning) • Ensure accurate material master data, BOMs, and inventory transactions within SAP • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues impacting logistics, warehouse, and production operations • Support inbound/outbound logistics processes, including goods receipt, putaway, picking, and shipping • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and material flow efficiency • Lead or support SAP enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and transaction integrity • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP logistics processes • Provide training and support to end users on SAP functionality • Analyze data and generate reports to support KPIs, planning, and decision-making**Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field • 3–7+ years of experience in SAP logistics within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred) • Strong knowledge of SAP modules: MM, WM/EWM, PP (SD is a plus) • Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and production support • Proven ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and improve business processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment**Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in automotive or Tier 1 supplier environment • Familiarity with JIT/JIS, lean manufacturing, and plant logistics • SAP S/4HANA experience • Experience with system implementations or migrations## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
