AREA PRACTICE MANAGER FOR GRAND BLANC, AND LAPEER MI

Responsibilities :
Patient Experience
- Manage and implement patient operational processes to provide an experience that is brand standard
- Develop and oversee operational processes that entail open and clear communications to all patients and superior follow-up.
- Ensure highest clinical and service standards across every touch point in the organization
- Monitor measurement through client survey initiative
Team Leadership and Development
- Working Manager position. Coach, staff, backfill, and assist the Practice Manager position as needed.
- Keen understanding of how important talent is to brand development – people are our most important asset
- Recruit, train, compensate, motivate, retain
- Understand staffing model and ensure adequate team coverage is in place at all times
- Strong commitment to training, delegation and empowerment
- Superb communicators both up and down in the organization
- Create an atmosphere of energy, optimism, selflessness and teamwork
- Creation of personal and professional development plans and updated job descriptions
- Measure and improve employee satisfaction
Outreach and Brand Integration
- Believe in and personify the Pinnacle brand
- Ultimate accountability for center growth (P&L)
- Absolute resource and partner to all partner site clinicians and owners
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Pinnacle
- Responsible for productive practice outreach and marketing initiatives including personal outside calls, CEs, lunch n’ learns, conferences, etc.
Financial Performance
- Profound understanding and commitment to analytics through forecasting models, regular reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Daily management to a budget and ensure tight financial controls
- Full understanding and management of workforce costs and deployment
Data Integrity & Privacy
- High degree of technical capability and understanding of all our technical systems inside and out
- Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA guidelines and processes are in place and executed daily
- Ensure the highest accuracy of system data consistent with brand standard
- Utilize technology to streamline client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and building an organization
- 3 - 5 years of prior management experience in an environment where you were responsible for managing a P&L as well as daily staffing schedules
- Financial acumen
- Forecasting
- Understanding of daily reporting and how to manage a P&L
- Achieving profitability and patient mix goals
- Exceptional communication and strong knowledge and application of the English language, including grammar and spelling
- High level of customer service execution
- Tech savvy
- Clinical understanding
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Innovation! Must be able to proactively drive operational and clinical efficiency to keep Pinnacle on the leading edge
- Bachelor's Degree plus but will consider candidates with experience in lieu of degree(s)

Compensation Range: $55,000 - 85,000 annually. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
