Site Development Project Manager

Overview We are actively seeking a Site Development Project Manager in Denver, CO. This role focuses on managing construction close-out, coordinating field and engineering teams, and supporting multiple development projects. Job Responsibilities Manage site development phases for multiple projects Manage construction close-out activities for development projects Coordinate with construction teams in the field Coordinate with engineering teams to support timely project construction Track project progress, deliverables, and close-out requirements Review project documents using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and related tools Support communication between field construction teams and engineering stakeholders Identify project issues and coordinate resolution during site development and close-out phases Requirements Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience preferred 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, and/or land development Driver’s license required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Experience managing multiple site development or construction projects Experience coordinating with field construction teams and engineering teams Knowledge of site development and construction close-out processes Preferred Skills Professional Engineering licensure Familiarity with AutoDesk, BIM 360, or similar construction software Experience with land development projects Experience supporting construction schedules and project close-out documentation Experience coordinating design, field, and construction deliverables Experience reviewing civil/site plans, construction documents, or project records Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401k plan.
