Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive care to ICU patients following established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to identify changes requiring intervention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Ensure all clinical procedures adhere to BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care monitoring equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, 7a-7p, with every third weekend schedule.
