Dietitian

LifeBridge Health, Inc., a leading nonprofit health system in Baltimore, seeks a Dietitian to deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. In this patient-centered role, you will complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide culturally sensitive counseling to diverse populations. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, document care in the EHR, and support quality and population health initiatives.
