Customer Program Manager

TalentWorld is hiring a Customer Program Manager for our client who is a growing organization at the forefront of hyperscale data center and AI infrastructure development. Our client is hiring a strategic liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring the successful execution of complex infrastructure projects with salary starting at $140,000.00 per year depending on experience. In this role, you’ll own the customer relationship across the full project lifecycle—driving alignment, maintaining transparency, and ensuring delivery commitments are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication, expectations, and delivery milestones Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs across design, build, and commissioning phases Support execution of project plans aligned with technical specifications and contractual obligations Track construction progress, communicate key milestones, and proactively manage risks and delays Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with both customer and internal team expectations Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, procurement, network, and operations) to ensure seamless information flow Lead issue resolution and elevate critical risks or blockers when necessary Ensure readiness for customer occupancy, including documentation, compliance, and operational handoff Deliver regular reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates on schedule, risks, and progress Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles within data center construction or infrastructure delivery Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects Strong understanding of data center construction and infrastructure lifecycle: familiarity with MEP systems, electrical, cooling, commissioning, certificate of occupancy processes Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar) PMP certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset Working Environment Must be able to travel regularly to project sites across the United States (Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, Ohio, etc.) Collaborative, fast-moving team environment Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves Why This Role Play a key role in delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects powering AI and cloud technologies Work alongside industry experts in data center construction, engineering, and operations Join a high-growth organization in a rapidly expanding sector Make a tangible impact on cutting-edge infrastructure shaping the future of technology If you’re driven by customer success and have a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
