Join our team as an Guest/Office Services Associate and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and highly functional office experience. What You’ll Do: As part of our Reception and Office Services team, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—supporting workplace hospitality, administrative needs, and facilities coordination. Responsibilities include: Supporting multiple workstreams including reception, catering, and mailroom operations Maintaining office appearance: conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, desks Managing room bookings, meeting logistics, and setup/breakdown of furniture Coordinating catering orders , food & beverage setup, and restocking snacks and pantry items Assisting with mailroom duties : processing/sorting mail, handling packages, managing couriers Operating duplicating, binding, and printing equipment Supporting basic IT tasks and deploying office technology equipment Administering keycards and ID badges ; tracking data and providing reports as needed Collaborating with the Regional Office Services team and supporting colleagues across offices What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 2–5 years of experience in professional reception, office services, or workplace operations Proven ability to manage tasks independently with a positive, proactive attitude Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills—ability to build relationships with staff, vendors, and visitors Confident communication skills— both written and verbal Comfortable working with MS Office Suite ; open to learning new tools and systems Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally work overtime for special events A strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and service mindset Equal Opportunity Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
