Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, compassionate caregiver for a client located in Fairview, TN 37062 . This position is best suited for a caregiver who is reliable, punctual, client-focused, and comfortable assisting with transportation visits while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Location: Fairview, TN 37062
Mileage/Gas: Paid by the client
Client Preference: Small SUV preferred
Smoking: Must be a non-smoker

What You’ll Do

Caregiver will provide safe and reliable transportation for scheduled visits, assist the client with getting in and out of the vehicle as needed, and ensure the client remains safe, comfortable, and supported during transportation. Duties may also include companionship, safety monitoring, professional communication, light non-medical support, and observing and reporting any changes in the client’s well-being.

We are looking for a caregiver who is compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing excellent client care. Caregiver must be able to follow the care plan, respect client preferences, maintain confidentiality, communicate appropriately with the office, and represent Helping Hearts in a professional manner at all times.

Employment Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18

• Proven caregiving experience preferred

• Valid current driver’s license

• Active car insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Good driving record

• Clean, safe vehicle

• Small SUV preferred for this client

• Must be a non-smoker

• Must pass a comprehensive 15-year background check

• Must pass drug screening, if applicable

• Must provide five professional references , no friends or family

• Must provide proof of identity and work authorization for Form I-9 compliance

• Must provide social security card

• Must provide birth certificate

• Must provide proof of high school completion or equivalent

Helping Hearts Policy Requirements

Caregiver must follow all Helping Hearts policies and procedures, including attendance expectations, timely shift confirmation, no last-minute call-outs unless there is a true emergency, proper WellSky clock-in and clock-out procedures, accurate care note documentation, client confidentiality, and professional communication.

Caregiver may not discuss scheduling, coverage, or internal staffing matters directly with the client or family. All scheduling communication must go through the Helping Hearts office.

Caregiver must present professionally for each shift, including wearing dark navy blue scrubs , solid dark closed-toe shoes, and keeping long hair pulled back or tied up so it does not interfere with client care.

Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing all required background checks, screenings, documentation requirements, and receiving favorable professional references.
