The Role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our talent pipeline, source top-tier candidates, and build the teams that drive our company forward.

This is not a passive “wait for applicants to apply” position. We are seeking an active networker and talent hunter who thrives on active sourcing, candidate engagement, clear communication, and building strong hiring pipelines daily.

What You Will Do

Manage full lifecycle recruiting across open requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.

Proactively source candidates using recruitment platforms (Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases) to build deep candidate pipelines.

Partner with store leaders and hiring managers to define role profiles, refine descriptions, and set realistic hiring strategies.

Screen candidates for skills, values alignment, and cultural fit.

Maintain clear, real-time candidate notes, pipeline statuses, and next steps in our ATS/CRM.

Schedule interviews, gather hiring manager feedback, and help execute structured hiring decisions.

Deliver an exceptional experience for every candidate through transparent, timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred (agency or in-house).

Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms, Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CRM systems.

Proactive Mindset: Comfortable making cold calls, outreach, and engaging passive candidates.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong candidate assessment abilities.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial tires, automotive, logistics, or trades recruitment is a plus, but not required if you are quick to learn and coachable.
