Reliability Manager

Reliability Manager - Onsite | Denver, CO - Space Systems & Advanced Robotics An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reliability Manager to join a space and advanced mobility organisation developing next-generation planetary exploration and surface mobility systems. Working within a fast-paced engineering environment, you will lead reliability, maintainability and availability activities across complex mission-critical programmes, ensuring systems meet demanding operational and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead reliability, maintainability and availability (RMA) activities for advanced vehicle and robotic systems programmes. Apply industry-standard reliability methodologies and frameworks to complex aerospace and exploration systems. Develop and refine reliability allocations at system, subsystem and component levels. Conduct and oversee reliability analyses including FMECA, maintainability assessments, service life analysis and related evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks throughout the product lifecycle. Support verification and validation activities through the development of reliability objectives, test plans and test procedures. Develop reliability models, predictions and performance assessments to support programme requirements. Produce and maintain reliability documentation, reports, compliance matrices and technical evidence packages. Support technical reviews and stakeholder presentations related to reliability and mission assurance activities. Key Requirements Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline. Significant experience in reliability engineering, RMA, systems assurance or a similar field within highly regulated industries. Experience developing probabilistic reliability models and performing quantitative reliability assessments. Knowledge of aerospace, defence, transportation or other high-reliability industry standards and best practices. Understanding of systems engineering principles and product development lifecycles. Experience using reliability analysis and modelling tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
