Key Responsibilities Handle a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims Conduct case evaluations, client consultations, and strategy development Manage litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to drive case outcomes Maintain strong client communication throughout the lifecycle of each matter Qualified Candidates will have: J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice in Missouri (or ability to waive in) 2+ years of workers’ compensation and/or relevant litigation experience preferred Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail This is a great opportunity to join an established platform with strong brand recognition in plaintiff-side litigation.
