We are seeking a Title Clerk / Office Clerk  to process vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with sales and finance teams to manage paperwork, resolve title issues, and maintain organized records.  Previous experience is preferred but training is provided for motivated candidates!

Responsibilities:

 

• Process vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Handle titling for new, used, wholesale, and out-of-state deals and more

 

 

We are open to training those with backgrounds in:

 

• Dealership office or accounting departments
• DMV/BMV or title processing offices
• Dealership billing, contracts, or deal processing
• Administrative or office roles requiring high attention to detail
• Accounts payable, receivable, or bookkeeping

 

Experience in related industries such as motorcycle/powersports, RV, or marine dealership offices is also highly valued and encouraged.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Automotive title clerk or dealership office experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
