What You'll Be Doing As a Manager in Training, you’ll be learning the ropes of running a successful coffee shop while leading and inspiring a team. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Assisting in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Helping to manage inventory, schedules, and other operational tasks. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Learning and applying the skills needed to eventually step into a management role. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone with a blend of leadership potential and a love for coffee culture. Here are the qualifications we’re looking for: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
