We are looking for Primary Care Physicians to become part of our employed multi-specialty group, serving communities across Northeast Ohio. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

A collegial team comprising over 60 employed primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.
Robust clinical and administrative support with a long-standing dedication to primary care.
A patient-centered, population health-focused care model.
Utilization of Epic EMR with ambient listening technology to minimize documentation workload.
Flexible scheduling options designed to enhance work-life balance.
An established referral network within the medical group, ACO, and community partners.
Opportunities to engage in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Compensation & Benefits

A competitive guaranteed salary along with comprehensive benefits, retirement matching, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and paid time off.
Incentives up to $150,000 , which may include:
