As a Technical Analyst, you'll partner with clients and internal teams to support system integrations, data mapping, and technical solutions within Netsmart's CareFabric architecture. You will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting data and technology solutions within our CareFabric architecture. This involves helping clients with technical issues, connecting different systems through interoperability, and suggesting improvements. To excel in this role, you'll need technical skills like SQL, database management, and familiarity with automation tools like UI Path. Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning are essential.
