Senior Program Manager, Inventory Visibility And Controls

Summary Lead enterprise programs to improve inventory visibility, traceability, and controls across the inventory lifecycle. Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes. Focus on scaling automation and AI-enabled capabilities while managing risk, dependencies, and adoption. Responsibilities Own and lead complex, enterprise-scale programs from concept through launch and adoption. Translate strategy into sequenced roadmaps with clear scope, milestones, and success measures. Coordinate across business, product, engineering, data, finance, and operations to align priorities and surface dependencies. Influence product and technology roadmaps to strengthen inventory controls and align physical, logical, and financial inventory views. Drive program governance including intake, prioritization, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level status communication. Partner with analytics and product teams to ensure automation-first and AI-enabled capabilities include clear requirements, operational readiness, and controls. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, consulting, strategy, finance, or operations with increasing cross-functional responsibility. Proven success leading complex, enterprise-scale programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Strong ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority. Experience translating strategy into execution, including roadmap development, dependency management, and measurable outcomes. Comfort partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams and strong business acumen; inventory or supply chain experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
