What You’ll Do Build and develop relationships with individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. Meet with clients to understand their financial goals , priorities, and concerns. Help clients develop financial strategies based on their individual needs and objectives. Provide guidance in areas such as financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investments, and long-term financial strategies. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, referrals, and centers of influence. Build and manage your own client base and financial services practice. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development. Work collaboratively with experienced financial professionals and leadership. Maintain appropriate industry licensing and professional standards. A commitment to professional development and continued learning. High standards of integrity and professionalism. Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, sales, business development, or relationship management is valuable but not required for every candidate. Licensing & Professional Development Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance and support throughout the licensing process. Depending on the position and career path, required securities licensing may include the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, along with applicable insurance licenses. Licensing requirements and timelines will be discussed during the recruiting process. Compensation & Earning Potential Estimated earning potential: $80,000–$200,000+ annually This is designed for professionals who want to build and grow their own financial services practice. Compensation is not a guaranteed salary and may include commissions, bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation based on individual production, business development, and eligibility for applicable programs and teaming opportunities. As advisors grow their practices, there is potential to earn above the stated range.
