Westchester Regional Manager: Property Operations & Compliance

WB Residential Communities, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to partner with Property Managers to ensure the efficient operation of multiple sites in New York. You will lead staffing, budgeting, site visits, and compliance activities, including annual budgets, lender/state reports, and capital improvements. Required: 3+ years as a Property Manager, High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), LIHTC certification, plus skills in Yardi, Excel, Word and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr WB Residential Communities, Inc.
