Exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Certified Surgical Tech at Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center in Missoula, Montana! As a vital member of our surgical team, you will play a key role in assisting surgeons during procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment. We offer competitive pay ranging from $26-$36.50 per hour. This position is 40 hours per week with variable hours and shifts. $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 will be paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, and the remaining $5000 will be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment.

As a Surgical Tech at Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting surgical procedures by assembling supplies and equipment based on surgeon preferences. Your attention to detail will be vital as you inspect equipment to ensure proper working condition, guaranteeing a safe and efficient surgical environment. To excel in this role as a Surgical Tech, certain skills and qualifications are necessary. This includes holding a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification, which demonstrates your knowledge and competence in the field. Completion of a surgical scrub technician program is also required, providing you with the necessary theoretical and practical foundation to excel in this role. Additionally, possessing a BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is crucial to ensure you can effectively respond to emergency situations and maintain patient safety. These qualifications, combined with your attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills, will contribute to your success as a Surgical Tech at Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center.
