IT Help Desk Technician New ** Corporate **

Overview Cranial Technologies is the leader in plagiocephaly research, diagnosis, and treatment with over 500,000 babies treated. We are a growing company with over 100 clinics in the US, a manufacturing facility in Chandler, and corporate headquarters in Tempe, AZ. We currently have over 800 employees and are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician at our Tempe headquarters. This is a tier one, on-premise role focused on assisting end users via phone, ticketing system, or Teams chat; responding to emergent situations; imaging and configuring new computer systems; and completing projects as assigned. Support is provided via telephone, Teams chat, and remote desktop connections. You will join a supportive team with opportunities to advance your technical skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide tier one IT helpdesk support to end users via phone, ticketing system, and Teams chat. Respond to emergent IT incidents and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams. Image, configure, and deploy new computer systems; perform break/fix support as needed. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 and network connectivity. Manage and document work within the ticketing system; contribute to knowledge base articles. Contact vendor technical support for warranty and repairs; assist with technology projects as assigned. Maintain software and hardware inventory; provide remote and on-site support as required. On-call rotation as needed (typically one week per month; limited after-hours volume). Ensure HIPAA compliance is maintained in daily operations. Qualifications 1-3 years of recent, relevant IT helpdesk experience. Experience supporting Windows 10/11; familiarity with imaging and setup of new computers. Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID and basic network troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a positive team environment and be self-motivated. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Office 365 management experience is a plus. On-site work in Tempe, AZ required; willingness to support Eastern Time zone clinics with early morning shifts.
