Why This Opportunity Stands Out Be part of a major warehouse start‑up operation Lead teams in a dynamic environment Opportunity to help shape operational processes and culture from day one High visibility role with career growth opportunities Work alongside experienced leadership teams in a growing global organization Fast‑paced environment where your ideas and leadership matter What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts Manage and develop operations supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and customer service Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and operational execution Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Partner closely with HR, Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and Customer teams Coach and develop leaders to build a high‑performing operational culture Support site start‑up activities, process implementation, and operational stabilization Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement What We’re Looking For Operations leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments Experience leading large teams in high‑volume operations Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment Experience supporting multi‑shift or 24/7 operations preferred Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset Ability to build strong partnerships across departments Experience with warehouse systems, metrics, and operational reporting Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred Start‑up, transition, or greenfield launch experience strongly preferred Experience managing salaried leaders and hourly workforces Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus Join DP World and Build Something Great At DP World, we are transforming global logistics through innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence. About The Role Manage the daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery of commodities to the customer. How you will contribute Interface with customer to ensure smooth -coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction on real‑time staffing increases or decreases. Enact contingency plans as needed; escalate and direct activities during system problems, disasters, etc.; identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalate issues to local and senior management, and participate in post‑mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements. Review ongoing performance results to targets. Take corrective measures with authorization, elevate as needed Responsible for providing effective leadership to the Warehouse Managers and/or team, enforcing company standards, act as a role model. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred. Progressive experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties; preferably in automotive or logistics industry. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write documents using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management and customer. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
