Dental Support Specialist / Cross-Trained Office & Clinical Assistant

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Thursday)

Schedule: No weekends, no evenings!

Compensation: Competitive pay, commensurate with experience

Dental Support Specialist to join our team! This is a unique, dynamic "hybrid" role where you will be the ultimate team player, splitting your time between welcoming patients at the front desk and supporting our clinical team in the back.

If you are organized, eager to learn, and love providing a warm, welcoming experience for others, we want to hear from you. No prior dental experience is required we are willing to train the right individual.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Front Desk & Concierge: Greet patients with a warm smile, answer phone calls, schedule appointments using Eaglesoft, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Hygiene Support: Assist our dental hygienists by flipping, cleaning, and prepping treatment rooms to ensure a smooth, efficient daily schedule.
• Sterilization Technician: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following safety guidelines.
• Patient Hospitality: Serve as an office concierge, ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and happily switch gears throughout the day.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong desire to learn new clinical skills.
• Prior experience with Eaglesoft software is a huge plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
