This role is critical to the production of high-quality miscellaneous metal products including stairs, railings, platforms, and custom fabrication projects. What You’ll Do Fabricate metal products according to shop drawings and specifications Process fabrication orders daily to meet production and delivery schedules Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements accurately Operate and maintain shop equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow all Metalcrafters safety and quality control standards Utilize the Metalcrafters app for accurate job tracking and accountability Complete all required paperwork and production reporting Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Continuously identify opportunities to improve safety and efficiency Requirements Valid Driver’s License Welding and metal fabrication experience Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to think quickly and problem solve Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands Maintain required certifications (First Aid, CPR, forklift, scissor lift, telehandler, combi lift, etc.) Reliable and punctual—ready to work on time every day Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (periodic updates required) Start your career with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and growth—"One step at a time." #hc231276 #J-18808-Ljbffr Metalcrafters of North Carolina
