Details:
- Geriatric Medicine -BC/BE, BLS, DEA, Minimum 1-2 years preferred
- Stone Ave Clinic: 4821 N. Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85704 (Mondays & Thursdays)
- Speedway Clinic: 7091 E. Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85715 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Locums (90-day duration with immediate start)
- Patient Care: Focus on primary care and chronic care management
- PPD: 10 patients per day
- EMR : Practice Velocity
- Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
Credentialing process estimated at 15-30 days based on responsiveness.
