Legal Intake Specialist

To support a growing law firm focused on assisting disabled military veterans and their families, the full-time Legal Intake Specialist will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, conduct client interviews, and perform administrative duties related to client intake and retention, all while working remotely from designated states. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process Conduct interviews via telephone to assess potential clients' needs and provide detailed summaries to attorneys Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls while demonstrating empathy and professionalism Required qualifications High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum one year of customer service experience with high call volume Ability to make or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Spanish speaking is a plus
