As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on any outstanding issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred, but not required.
