CROWN Forklift Operator - 12 Hour Schedules! $18-20/Hour

Job Description

This role operates stand-up forklifts in a large distribution warehouse, handling inbound and outbound activities such as loading and unloading trucks, picking full pallets, and putting products away. You work with FDA-regulated products where quality, accuracy, and adherence to procedures are more important than speed. The position offers multiple shift options on both day and night schedules in a modern, semi-climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift, including Crown stand-up and high-reach equipment, to safely move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inbound and outbound tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and staging products in designated areas.
• Pick full pallets and dedicated case orders accurately, using RF scanners and basic math skills to ensure correct quantities and locations.

Schedule:

A Shift: DAYS Sunday-Tuesday, alternate Wednesday 6a-6p

B Shift: NIGHTS Sunday - Tuesday. alternate Wednesday 6p-6a

C Shift: DAYS Wednesday - Friday, alternate Saturday 6a-6p

D Shift: NIGHTS Wednesday - Friday, alternate Saturday 6p-6a

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bethlehem,PA.
