We're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team as Full Cycle Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll guide customers through their entire buying journey—from their first question to their final purchase—while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Global Communications on our retail sales floor. You'll engage directly with walk-in customers, identify their needs, and help them find the products and services that best fit their lifestyle.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience.

• Build genuine connections by understanding each customer's needs and preferences.

• Educate customers on our products and services and provide tailored recommendations.

• Manage the entire sales process, from the initial conversation through closing the sale.

• Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive product presentations.

• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and confidently.

• Collaborate with your teammates to create a supportive and successful retail environment.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Base salary plus commission.

• Expected annual earnings of $45,000 to $75,000.
