Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapy Tech

Therapeutic Radiation Cancer Care
Shift: Days, 09:3018:00 (hours may vary slightly based on department needs)
Requirements:
- Active California license
- ARRT (T) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Required clinical skills: Impac MOSAIQ, Epic charting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging
- Experience with emergency cases
- Adult inpatient and outpatient experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation treatments to adult patients with various cancer cases.
- Collaborate with the oncology team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any complications or concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Epic and Impac MOSAIQ.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and treatment standards.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment procedures and care.
Compliance / Notes:
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Background/license checks are mandatory
- Return-staff policy: prior permanent employees must be separated for 24 months before reapplying
