Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative Location: 1500 10th St, Plano, Texas 75074 What You’ll Do Act as the welcoming face of TruGreen in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach, customizing sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs. Turn “just looking” into a signed agreement using TruGreen’s proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM, measuring activity and ensuring follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell customers, showing them how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a strong drive and people skills are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for small talk and closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Physical location in the United States while performing the job.
