Chiller Technician

Maintenance TechnicianJoin our team to perform Level 1 to Level 3 pre-commissioning activities on client HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for completing punch list repairs, including minor electrical, mechanical, and HVAC tasks. Per diem is offered if needed.ResponsibilitiesComplete L1-L3 pre-commissioning activities for Chiller and HVAC systems.Perform punch list repairs as directed, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC items.Work under the supervision of the Project Leader to complete mechanical and electrical punch list items.Handle HVAC and chiller punch list items, and potentially handle refrigerant during repairs if licensed.Use HVAC tools such as manifolds and gauges for pressure testing.Comfortably work at heights of up to 15 feet.Essential SkillsBasic refrigeration knowledge.Proficiency with HVAC tools: manifold, gauges, and pressure testing.Industrial HVAC experience (minimum 2 years).Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 certification.EPA Cert/Universal 608.Example of Annual + Weekly Pay Breakdown$35/hr x 40 hours= $1,400$52.50/hr(OT) x 35 hours= $1,837.50Weekly taxable income = $3,237.50/week. Account for some time off for holidays and personal(4 weeks), multiply $3,237.50 x 48 weeks = $155,400/year taxable income. Untaxed Per Diem = $1,050/week. Multiple by 48 weeks = $50,400/year in untaxable per diem.
