Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a motivated, bilingual professional to join a multifamily community in Houston!

Salary: Up to $50,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and lease renewals
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors
• Ensure occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction goals are met
• Handle budgets, reporting, and compliance
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment property management experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
• ResMan experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
