Team members work collaboratively to support both animal health and positive experiences for pet owners. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a warm and professional environment. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline office operations, manage communication channels, and support administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Knowledge of Avimark Veterinary software helpful, but we can provide training. Maintain organized digital filing systems, to ensure quick and easy recovery of documents for the veterinarians. Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for our veterinarians. Support office management activities including supply inventory, and general administrative tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong organizational skills. Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles in fast-paced environments Familiarity with Avimark software is preferred, but not a deal breaker. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
