IOP Therapist / Counselor - LCSW LPC - $10K Bonus

Overview IOP Counselor - LCSW or LPC: 12:30pm - 9:30pm (Mon - Fri). Location: Columbia, MO. Val ley Hope is expanding our services to the Columbia area and has an opportunity for an experienced clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Missouri. Valley Hope restores lives affected by addiction and supports lifelong recovery. Responsibilities Provides individual and group counseling, therapeutic intervention, and educational lectures to patients and family members. Develops, revises, and implements treatment plans. Performs face-to-face assessments. Participates on a multidisciplinary treatment team, attends weekly staff meetings, and participates in required staff development and training. Develops patient progress reports and establishes follow-up care for patients and their families as needed. Provides clinical consultation to referral resources, mentors, family members, and others to support patient recovery. Collects and reviews referral information upon assignment of patients and consults with others to support coordination of services. Records treatment activities and patient observations in patient records accurately and timely. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, education or social work. License or credential to function as an alcohol and drug treatment counselor in Missouri; must be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Missouri. CPR/First Aid Certification. One (1) year of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management experience. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) or more years of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management experience. Previous experience facilitating hybrid group sessions. Compensation & Benefits Starting annual salary ranges from $72,000 to $80,000 (based on experience and education). $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 2 years).
