Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Schedule : Days/Evenings/Nights Location/Setting : School or Home Age Range : Pediatrics and Adults Responsibilities: Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensure clinical outcomes, collaborate with team, document care electronically, follow clinical protocols. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); company may assist after hire. Current TB skin test (within last 12 months). Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
