Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech

The Polysomnographic Technician possess a advanced knowledge in the clinical application of polysomnographic studies. Perform polysomnography studies in accordance to the Joint Commission and departmental policies and procedures. The technician monitors and documents respiratory events, cardiac events, and sleep pathology then determines the use for CPAP/Bipap during the polysomnographic study. The technician records and analyzes sleep/wake physiology and scores studies in pediatric through geriatric patients with the ultimate goal of affording the interpreting physician optimal exam data that supports a proper diagnosis. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility. (BF A Minor)
