Recoup Associate Monday -Friday- 5:30am-2pm - $20/hr - Morris, IL

• Inspect returned, damaged, or defective appliances and parts.
• Determine whether items can be repaired, refurbished, or need to be discarded.
• Repackage items for resale or storage, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Clean, test, and minor repair of appliances when required.
• Accurately log findings and actions taken in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for large or heavy appliances.
• Collaborate with inventory control and quality assurance teams to track and update product status.
• Maintain a clean and organized recoup area.
• Identify patterns in product damage and communicate findings to management.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle audits, as needed.
