Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Wound Care - $58+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care for a nursing job in ShakerHeights, Ohio. Job Overview Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing EmploymentType: Staff Location: ShakerHeights, Ohio (Eastern Cuyahoga County) Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5:00pm Shift format: Flexible, 1:1 care Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case‑management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Travel to cases as assigned. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in OH. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills.
