This role focuses on providing care across various specialties, including Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, and more, within a dynamic medical-surgical environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide care for patients with CA diagnosis, Oncology, Hematology, ESRD, Diabetes, GI, Abdominal Pain, Dermatology, and General Medicine conditions
• Operate and maintain specialty equipment such as IV pumps, NG tubes, and chest tubes
• Adapt to floating requirements across various units as needed
• Demonstrate proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly EPIC

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Active NY License & all RN licenses with verification via NURSYS
• Current AHA BLS, NIHSS, and Chemo certification
• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg/Oncology
• Prior travel experience
